Ron and I adopted Shadow on June 30, 2018. Ever since, she has become so much more than a dog to us. She is our baby, companion and best friend. I wouldn’t have written my Isle of Palms Suspense series without her, and now, she has inspired a special children’s book series about our travels together. I love this sweet girl so much.
